The terms of, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to us the business owner at the address posted on this website.

The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to you, the user of the website.

Your use of this website to make a purchase and your use of the content within it are subject to the following terms and conditions.



You can make a purchase from our website by searching,browsing and adding products to the shopping cart. You then have the option to place your order online or should you not wish to submit your personal details online then you may purchase directly from us by telephoning 832 859 4053,however we will still need to take details from you in order to fulfill the sales transaction.

When making an online purchase, by tick the ‘Agree with the payment terms’ you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that you also understand and agree to the terms of our ‘privacy policy’.

All goods must be paid for in full before they are despatched. If you place your order online you will be transferred to a secure payment page operated by Merchant Bank. On this page you can enter your payment details. Your account will not be debited until you click on the 'Confirm Payment' button.

Once we have received your payment your purchase will be picked* and packed then dispatched to your designated address.


We try our best to ensure that all the items listed on our website are in stock, on occasion though, due to items being sold in store or our suppliers being out of stock, we may not physically have a certain item in stock. In this instance we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date for your chosen item or to offer an alternative product or off era full refund. You are more than welcome to contact us prior to purchase to see if your chosen product is in stock.



Our standard delivery is free to United States destinations, and takes place between 8:30 am to 5:00 pmMonday to Friday. We are not able to specify a delivery time slot on standard deliveries.

We aim to deliver your order within 7-14 working days of receiving your payment. If your order cannot be delivered within this period we will contact you by telephone or email to reconfirm a delivery time or give you the option to cancel your order without any penalty.

Our delivery partners require that you sign for your order upon delivery. We will only leave your order without a signature if you contact us in writing stating that you will take full responsibility for the goods in the event that they go missing or become damaged as a result of being left without a signature.

In the event that you are not present to receive your order our couriers may try and leave your order with a neighbour. If you do not wish for your order to be left with a neighbour please contact us and we will instruct our couriers to deliver to your address only.

In the event that a delivery is attempted and you are not available to sign for the goods our couriers may attempt to redeliver the order at another time, however they are not contractually obliged to do so.

Our couriers in some instances may leave a card requesting you to contact them to rearrange the delivery on an alternate weekday or to collect the order in person from their depot where it will beheld for 5 working days. You must contact the couriers within this period tore-arrange delivery. Failure to do this may result in your order being returned to ourselves.

We reserve the right to charge for redelivery or to deduct the courier’s delivery charge from any refund due should you then decide to cancel the order (although we offer free delivery our delivery partners do not).

We are reliant on our delivery partners to fulfil the delivery of your order and therefore cannot be held responsible for any error incurred on their part. In the unusual event that a delivery is missed or an error made by our courier then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.



Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may return any item purchased from us for a full refund of the original purchase price, so long as you inform us within 7 working days of the day your order is delivered. We request that the goods are then returned within 14 working days. You are responsible for arranging the safe return and the return costs. Provided the item is returned unused in the same condition as it was sent we will issue you with a full refund by the original payment method once your return has been received and checked. If an item is returned to us used, dirty or damaged no refund will be issued.

Return Instructions

Please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order and inform us that you wish to return your order, you do not have to state a reason but it helps us if you can give one, even if you have just changed your mind. We will confirm receipt of your returns request by email and are happy to recommend a suitable courier and give you any information the courier may need in order to facilitate the return of your item. We request that the goods are then returned, to be received by us within 14 working days. You can also return the item in person directly to our warehouse at: 10334 Bellago Lane, Richmond, TX 77407 

When returning your item/items you must ensure that it/they are satisfactorily and safely wrapped in waterproof packaging or preferably in the original delivery packaging (do not use thin plastic such as bin liners) and are clearly labelled with our address on the front.  You must also include your information within the returned package so we can identify where it has come from (a copy of the original order is preferable). Failure to do any of the above may delay your refund and in some cases no refund will be issued if goods have been badly wrapped and are soiled or damaged whilst in transit.

The return of your order is not our responsibility and should any goods go missing in transit whilst being returned to us then we willnot be able to reimburse you and any claim should be made by you to your chosen courier. Please ensure that you use a return courier which allows you to obtainproof of delivery to ourselves and ensure you are insured for the value of the goods should they be lost or damaged.



In the unlikely event that the wrong item is delivered or that there is a shortage in your order then please contact us immediately and we will offer the following solutions: Should the wrong item have been sent in error we will arrange for a collection and on receipt the correct item will be despatched and delivered at your convenience (we will contact you to discuss the best time for you).

Any shortages with your delivery (once checked against our despatch records) will be made good.



Under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ you have a 7 working day cooling off period in which you may cancel your order. You cancancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting us inwriting or should your goods have already been dispatched then upon receivingthem please contact us in writing stating that you wish to return them andthen follow our guidelines in section 4 for returning your order.



We may cancel the purchase contract between you and us if:

a. The goods you have ordered are unavailable for any reason;

b. We do not deliver to your area; and/or

c. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will reimburse any payment taken by us as soon aspossible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.



Limitations on our liability to you You are responsible for observing and complying with all applicable regulations and legislation which affect your purchase and subsequent use of our goods. This includes obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.  Please note that nothing in this section of these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may not be excluded by law, or in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you.



a. Events beyond our control - We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver or collect goods or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control.

b. Invalidity - If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforce ability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

c. Privacy - You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

d. Entire agreement - These terms and conditions together with our terms of use and privacy policy, your order and our acceptance set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Except forfraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
